In this hands-on experience, our chef instructor will teach you how to make Gyoza style meat and vegetable dumplings. You will learn how to make two traditional Gyoza fillings and a dipping sauce. Learn the art of folding your dumplings into half-moon and double-pleated shapes. Then pan-sear your dumplings over a skillet, an easy way to replicate this process in your own kitchen!

Dive deep into the traditional flavors of ginger, sesame, soy, sweet chili, and scallions. Top your creations with a hint of Asian spice and everything nice. Then enjoy tasting your own dumpling creations with your new foodie friends.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. Guests are also welcome to BYOB.

Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, but feel free to BYOB (beer, wine, or champagne). Guests may find parking in front of the venue itself. Otherwise, there is surrounding street parking for guests to use.
Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
