Escape to Italy for an evening to master the traditional dish, Fettuccine Alfredo. Learn the art of making this indulgent dish from scratch- kneading the pasta dough, creating its Fettuccine form, and then adding the velvety and creamy Alfredo sauce.
Our Chef Instructor will take you through a detailed demonstration, walk you step-by-step through the process of creating your Fettuccine. Our Chef Instructor will then demonstrate how to make the luscious Alfredo sauce and pair it with the Fettuccine you have created.
No experience is required! All equipment and ingredients will be provided. Our events are casual and meant to be fun, relaxing and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get settled, while wearing your mask. Please note that class will be hosted in the club house/event space of the Chef Instructor's apartment complex with ample space to social distance booking parties from one another. Chef Marcus is also maintaining a sanitized space, for your safety, as per CDC guidelines. You are invited to BYOB beer, wine, or champagne with you to class.
