Next, you'll get to work on preparing a variety of chocolates for dipping fresh strawberries and dried fruits to garnish your bouquet. Finally, you'll work with some ready made shortbread to dip your own black and white cookies as the finishing touch!

Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive. Class is designed to be just as fun for the culinary enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step, as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
