Gourmet Pizza Party

Description

Want to learn how to make the perfect pizza from a Chef who has refined his art through working at some of the most legendary NYC pie joints (Roberta's, Speedy Romeo, Public Display of Affection)?

Join us at Chef Rob's Slice shop for a one-of-a-kind workshop on the art of pizza making. In this fun and hands-on class you will learn how to master the impressive skill of making pizza from scratch! Each guest will receive their own dough kit, which will yield two doughs to take home after class. The primary focus of class is to master the skills of mixing, kneading, and shaping your dough all by hand. Pairs will get to visit the kitchen to get a first look at the cooking process and build a pizza to eat. While pizzas are in the oven guests can enjoy appetizers, purchase drinks, and explore the market before sitting down to eat the best pizza you have ever made!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. Guests in the same booking party will sit and work together throughout the class. Outside drinks are not allowed. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. 21+ only.

Rob is the best. He provided such a laidback and fun experience that everyone enjoyed, especially having been with such a large group. The pizza we had and made with his help was fantastic, and he just seemed like a genuinely cool dude. I’d highly recommend him for any event or to just visit PDA on your own time to kick it solo and enjoy his fantastic pizza. I’ll be back!!

Had a wonderful time and the pizza was yummy! Only thing is it isn't BYOB so CocuSocial should remove that from the description. They have wine and beer available to purchase there while you cook
