A graduate of the New Orleans Culinary & Hospitality Institute (NOCHI), Narcisse brings a thoughtful, modern approach to cooking, blending bold flavors, creative techniques, and influences from cuisines around the world.

Through Roux Tang, Narcisse creates memorable food experiences ranging from intimate private dining and immersive culinary experiences to bespoke events, pop-ups, and culinary collaborations.
