Milagros is a pastry chef from Peru with a passion for creating beautiful, memorable desserts. She works for a private events company, crafting desserts for weddings, celebrations, and special occasions, and also creates custom cakes while exploring new flavors and designs. She recently launched a coffee shop project specializing in croissants and pastries.
Passionate about making baking approachable and fun, Milagros enjoys sharing her skills with students of all experience levels. She looks forward to helping guests build confidence, improve their decorating techniques, and create a cake they're proud of.

The class was great! Chef Milagros is very talented and experienced. She was competent, friendly and helpful from the beginning of the class to the end. She interacted with each participant a number of times and was always encouraging and upbeat. The class was well-organized, well-paced, provided a great introduction to cake decorating and included a wide range of materials and information. Plus we got to take our beautiful and delicious cakes home! I highly recommend the class and Chef Milagros in particular and hope to take another class with her in the future.

Chef Milagros was great. We learned a lot of techniques, and the cake tasted good. Our filling choices were pistachio, raspberry, and dulce de leche.
