In this fun and interactive virtual class you will learn how to master the impressive skill of making pizza from scratch. Chef Jason will guide you step-by-step in replicating how to make a quick rising pizza dough, properly knead your dough for the the right amount of rise, and how to most importantly achieve the perfect crust. Next, you will learn how to make the perfect marinara sauce to use as the base for your pizza before adding the toppings you'll prepare together in class.
No experience is required! You will receive an email with the equipment and ingredients list required to cook along with the chef. Most ingredients can also be easily substituted with what you have on hand. However, here's a list of the main ingredients you'll want to consider having with you: All Purpose Flour, Salt, Black Pepper, Oregano, Basil, Sugar, Instant Yeast, Olive Oil, Egg, Garlic, Onion, Shredded Cheese, Red Pepper Flakes, Tomato Puree, Tomato, and Tomato Paste.
