In this class, you will learn how to harness the tantalizing flavors, and techniques of Thai cuisine, and take your cooking skills to the next level. You will be making two beautiful Thai dishes from scratch all within 2 hours!
Every great home cook should have a delicious curry recipe in their repertoire, and this class is the perfect place to start! This class features a flavorful, and aromatic green curry recipe. You will also learn how to make the most fantastic fluffy rice to accompany it.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). This class is BYOB!

Meet your chef instructor
Chef Nick was born in Virginia and has cooked up and down the East Coast.
He attended the International Culinary Center in New York City and is trained in French, Spanish, Italian and various other cuisines. In 2019, he moved to the West Coast to further expand his techniques.
Having worked in multiple fine-dining institutions, Chef Nick has a wide breadth of knowledge to share to those seeking to learn. He understands the techniques and loves nothing more than to share his learnings with others.
