Classic and Creative Cocktails

In only 90 minutes you can become a confident bartender, creating delicious and gorgeous cocktails, to the delight of your guests (or yourselves). Join our Master Mixologist, Carolyn, in her Manhattan home as she walks you through how to stock a basic bar and create classic cocktails (Martini, Cosmopolitan, Manhattan, Margarita) as well as a fabulous new recipes: Key West Sunset. A perfect variety of options to cater to any liquor preference.

The mixology instructor will demonstrate each cocktail on the menu. Given the allotted time, each person can plan to make 3-4 of the cocktails along with our mixologist. If you have partners joining the class with you, consider splitting the recipes between yourselves, this way you have a chance to taste them all! You get to choose how ambitious you'd like this class to be. Class will include a segment on stylish garnishes, from standard olives and lemon twists, to a few imaginative extras.

Invite your friends and family to join you for class so you can connect for a virtual cheers! No prior experience is required! You'll have the opportunity to interact with Carolyn throughout the class and ask questions in a Q&A at the end.

You will receive an email with the equipment and ingredients list. However, we recommend having the following on hand: one stainless steel shaker, jigger (or Tablespoons), 2 Martini glasses, 2 Rocks glasses, 1 tall glass, cutting board, knife, and ice.
