Hand-Rolled Sushi

Description

Don’t let the sushi chef have all the fun!

Come and learn how to spread, layer, tuck and roll your way to sushi heaven. In this fun, hands-on social cooking class, you’ll practice all the skills needed to make rolls at home, including how to prepare and season sushi rice, select sushi-grade fish, and add additional tasty vegetables and other ingredients to enhance the deliciousness of your sushi. You’ll learn to make a spicy Tuna roll, traditional California roll, and a Salmon cream cheese tobiko roll, working in groups of 2.

No experience necessary! Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive. The only requirement is a fun attitude and a love of good food. We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group.
