Fresh Pasta 101

Description

There’s nothing so delicious as fresh pasta, and creating it yourself.

Learn how to make the perfect pasta dough, and then use a pasta machine or rolling pin to roll out your dough until it's the right thickness to cut into ribbons of fresh Fettuccine. You will learn to make a smoky and spicy Alfredo sauce with Gochujang and dried Mexican Peppers. Everyone will sit down and enjoy their pasta dish at the end of class!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. The class location within the hotel varies based on availability, unfortunately we cannot guarantee the rooftop every class. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only please!

I think more burners are needed for larger class, if more burners are not possible, I believe having the class move at different pace, like "whoever finishes first" can go ahead and start on the next task would work better. For the sake of time, and ending at the time listed, we all shouldn't move at the same pace because that leaves guest standing around waiting next in line. If you move us at the pace that we finish each task, we would not overlap and stand around waiting. Over than that, the class was very nice, I enjoyed my time!

What a wonderful time! Amazing chef, delicious quality ingredients and stunning atmosphere! I would suggest additional pots of water to boil noodles, to speed up cooking time for all guests. I can’t wait to do this again! Definitely five stars!!!
