Handmade Farfalle Pasta

There’s nothing like fresh pasta, and creating it from scratch!

Learn how to make the perfect pasta dough, and then use a pasta machine or rolling pin to roll out your dough until it's the right thickness to cut into a beautiful farefalle (bowtie) shape. You will learn to make a creamy jerk pasta sauce with chicken and vegetables. Everyone will sit down and enjoy their pasta dish at the end of class!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. The class location within the hotel varies based on availability, unfortunately we cannot guarantee the rooftop every class. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only please!

Chef Ken is a New Jersey native who made his way to Atlanta over two decades ago. While completing his study at the esteemed Savannah State University, he discovered his passion for the culinary arts and has brought his unique taste and style to kitchens across the country since. Getting his start catering private parties and events for Atlanta’s professionals and elite, Chef Ken rose to prominence in the motion picture catering industry, catering productions for Tyler Perry, Oprah Winfrey, Ava Duvernay, Jerry Bruckheimer, the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and many more. With over a decade of experience in the food service industry, Chef Ken now caters events for over a dozen restaurants in the metropolitan Atlanta area, servicing some of the city’s most renowned clientele.

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

Overall a good experience. Chef Ken was very helpful. However with the class size, it felt too large with the number of tools available and the attention of the instructor. It would have been nice to be able to get a little more one on one time with the instructor to ensure we were doing things correctly.

The atmosphere, the chef, the food, the drinks were amazing. My only recommendation was next time have the directions for the class written down for those of us that were mingling or talking with our dates. Overall an amazing experience and I will be back.
