Discover the pleasure of making delicious handmade ricotta-stuffed ravioli from scratch paired with a rich, creamy Tuscan Alfredo sauce.

You will begin by making your fresh pasta dough from scratch and the perfect ricotta filling. Your chef instructor will then teach you how to make a few styles of ravioli before you begin assembling your own and learning how to prepare Alfredo with a Tuscan twist including spinach and sun-dried tomatoes.  Your end result will surely impress your next dinner guests!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.  You will be seated with your booking party.  Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment.  This class is BYOB! For those 21+, feel free to bring your favorite wine or beer to pair with your delicious and handmade meal.

With over a decade in the culinary industry, Chef Geneise is here to share whatever knowledge she can with people interested in learning to cook. She understands that cooking can seem hard and overwhelming, but she says it doesn't have to be! She believes food tastes even better when one makes it by oneself and is passionate about sharing tips and tricks with others!

This class is BYOB! For those 21+, feel free to bring your favorite wine or beer to pair with your delicious and handmade meal.  The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and check in.

To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes.  Classes are intended for adults 18+

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

This was such a great class! Chef Genesis graciously helped through every step of the process and created a fun atmosphere while learning. The raviolis were fun to make, and I learned how to make dough from scratch and the sauce was even more divine. I think I’m going to be making this recipe from time to time now.
