Escape to the streets of Tokyo as you learn to create one of Japan’s most beloved comfort foods: ramen!
This class is perfect for anyone who loves Asian-inspired flavors and wants to learn how to recreate the delicious flavors and techniques of ramen at home.
In this fun, hands-on experience, your chef instructor will guide you through the process of creating a restaurant-quality bowl of ramen from scratch. You’ll learn how to build a rich, flavorful broth, prepare fresh toppings, layer complementary flavors, and cook and assemble your noodles for the perfect bowl. Along the way, you’ll discover the techniques behind this iconic noodle soup and plenty of tips to help you confidently recreate it in your own kitchen.
While this class is not designed to be gluten- or fish-free, alternative options are available. Please let the chef know about any dietary needs or restrictions at the beginning of class!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
