Who doesn't love ravioli? If you are looking to learn about pasta and more then this is the class for you!
Learn to make fresh pasta from scratch using simple ingredients you likely already have at home. In this fully hands-on class, Chef Jeff will guide you through preparing pasta dough, two sauces, and two fillings. You’ll knead the dough by hand, roll it with a pasta machine, and learn how to portion, cut, fill, fold, and crimp ravioli.
Chef Jeff will demonstrate how to make two delicious sauces: a traditional pomodoro (marinara) for the cheese ravioli and a brown butter sage sauce for the spinach-ricotta ravioli. He uses the freshest ingredients so the flavors shine in this simple yet impressive dish. He will also share his favorite local markets for fresh ingredients and cover the basic equipment you’ll need to make pasta at home.
No experience is necessary. We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are also easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your kitchen. Our events are casual, fun, and informative. Whether you’re an enthusiastic cook who wants to take part in every step or a first-timer who prefers guided instruction, this class is designed for you. At your next dinner gathering, impress friends, family, and guests with homemade ravioli.

As a father of five, Chef Jeff developed a passion for cooking for family and friends in Western Pennsylvania—a passion that followed him south. His 20+ year culinary journey has taken him from a casino boat and a family-owned Italian restaurant to a beach hotel, country club, and convention center. His interests in golf and education led him to earn credentials in golf management, study Horticulture and Turfgrass Tech, and Culinary Arts. He later opened a personal chef business at the beach before entering healthcare during COVID-19, serving as dietary director at two skilled nursing facilities.
He and his wife, Linda, then pursued a lifelong dream: owning and operating a charming historic bed-and-breakfast in Odessa, Delaware. They served freshly baked morning pastries and breakfast entrées—drawing on her experience as a pastry chef and former bakery owner on Cape Hatteras—and hosted private dinners paired with wines from Crow Vineyards.
Their grandchildren brought them to Marietta, Georgia, where Chef Jeff now help golfers improve as a certified instructor and club fitter at PGA TOUR Superstore.
He looks forward to creating some wonderful cuisine with you!
