This class is relaxed, beginner-friendly, and easy to follow—perfect whether you're completely new to sushi-making or just looking to pick up a new kitchen skill. You’ll craft three delicious rolls: a classic California Roll, a bold Spicy Tuna Roll, and a crispy Shrimp Tempura Roll—all made by you!

No experience? No problem! All you need is a love of food and a willingness to have fun.

Whether you're planning a unique date night, a bonding activity with your team, or a family-friendly experience, this class offers a great way to connect, create, and enjoy great food together. So grab your partner, a friend, or your coworkers for a fun and flavorful sushi-making experience. You'll leave with new skills—and some tasty rolls to show for it!

This class is BYOB! For those over 21, feel free to bring your favorite Sake, wine or beer to pair with your delicious and handmade meal. To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes.  Classes are intended for adults 18+.

Meet your chef instructor

Chef Tim has 20 plus years of experience as a chef. He chose this profession intuitively for the artistry and creative aspects he finds in exploring new flavor combinations and in turn, making it look beautiful and delicious for one to enjoy. His kitchen career has ranged from soup kitchens, local grills, member clubs and fine dining.He has a general knowledge of all cuisine but excels at seafood, Asian fusion and French. He and his wife, Amber, and his two beautiful girls, Elizabeth and Catherine, love spending time at Braves games, hiking up stone mountain and camping. If there’s a special festival or event going on be sure they’ll be there.

This class is BYOB!  For those over the age of 21, beer, wine and sake is welcome.  The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Dietary requests cannot be accommodated for public events so please reference the dietary restrictions that are met by this class above. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and check in.

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
