The Art of Cannoli: Craft Your Own Classic

Description

Be transported to the beautiful Italian island of Sicily and learn the secrets to making Cannoli from scratch!

In this memorable, hands-on class, you will learn the art of traditional Sicilian Cannoli. This world renowned pastry has a reputation for being difficult, but it is delightfully simple! You will be guided step-by-step in mastering the perfect Cannoli dough, baking it, and  folding it into its famous shell. We will be going the "healthier route" with baking the cannolis instead of frying them.  You will then learn how to make and pipe a classic Ricotta cream filling for your Cannoli. Choose to top your delicious delicacies with crushed pistachio or chocolate chips. Each guest will make 3 large cannolis.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the baking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class.  Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.
