Discover the art of French pastry in this hands-on choux pastry class! Working in pairs, you’ll learn how to make choux dough from scratch, from cooking the dough on the stove to incorporating eggs and piping the perfect shapes. With step-by-step guidance, you’ll create classic éclairs and round choux pastries, learning the techniques that help ensure beautifully baked shells every time.
While your pastries bake, you’ll whip up vanilla chantilly cream for your éclairs as Chef Lina demonstrates how to make a coffee-infused caramel cream for your round choux. Then, you’ll split, fill, and finish your own pastries to take home and enjoy! You’ll leave with a box of freshly made éclairs and choux pastries.
