In this hands-on class, we’ll guide you through the entire process of creating these sophisticated meringue-based cookies, from mastering the perfect meringue to achieving that ideal macaronage—a crucial technique for flawless macarons.
Our expert Pastry Chef Instructor will lead you through a step-by-step demonstration, sharing insider tips and techniques that will help you avoid common pitfalls and ensure your macarons turn out beautifully every time. You’ll learn how to pipe, bake, and assemble these delicious little sandwiches, and we’ll explore a variety of flavors and fillings—from classic buttercream to rich ganache and vibrant fruit preserves.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don't already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the baking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who's happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 18+. Outside drinks are not permitted. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, however guests 21+ may purchase beverages from the lobby bar within the venue.
