Handmade Gnocchi Pasta (Gluten Free!)

Description

With a few simple ingredients, a little muscle and a lot of love, whip up home-made pillow-soft dumplings just like Nonna! Discover the mystery behind these fluffy treats and create a dish that can easily be done at home, perfect for gluten free and vegetarian diners (with the use of chickpea flour). Pair your final dish with some broccolini and a fantastic and unique twist on a tomato sauce that really wows!

Our expert Chef Instructor will teach you to make pasta dough from scratch, without the need for eggs. You will learn how to blanch your veggies and make your new favorite pasta sauce from start to finish.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive on time, wearing your mask. Guests are invited to BYOB wine, beer, or champagne. Though we highly recommend a nice Italian wine! Please note that class will be hosted in Chef Sean's home kitchen. Chef Sean is also maintaining a sanitized space, for your safety, as per CDC guidelines.
