There’s nothing so delicious as fresh pasta, and creating it yourself.

In this class, you'll learn how to make Linguine pasta with a creamy sauce with peas.  Everyone will sit down and enjoy their pasta dish at the end of class!  From the dough, shapes and how to cook pasta and prepare homemade sauce, you will leave here confident you know the steps to create a delicious, silky pasta dinner at home!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment.  Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price and will be available to purchase from the hotel bar.

Guest requirement

This class is NOT BYOB. The Hotel's wonderful bar will offer a variety of drinks available for purchase. Please arrive 15 min early to check in and settle in. The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment.  

To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes.  Classes are intended for adults 21+.

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

It was a fun learning experience. Good explanation of which flour to use and good instructions on how to knead the dough and how to know when it is ready to cut. I wish there was more time to watch how the sauce was made. Overall fun class and good instructor.
