Discover the flavor-packed world of dumplings!

Follow Chef Duyhung to make delicious Asian dumplings from scratch. In this class, your chef instructor will walk you through how to make the shrimp filling and how to fold Siu Mai dumplings. You'll also learn which sauces pair nicely as well as plating techniques. Rest assured, you'll leave class confident that you can make dumplings fit for an upscale restaurant!  This can be a vegetarian friendly dish - just let the chef know at the start of class if you would like.  

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you do not already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who is happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). You will work with other students in groups of 2-4.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you are part of a large group. Alcohol and Non Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at the venue bar.

To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes.  Classes are intended for adults 21+.

Chef Duy graduated as a culinary chef from The Art Institute of California. Since then, he has worked in kitchens ranging from Michelin restaurants to Autograph Hotels. He specializes in events and upscale dining experiences.

This class is NOT BYOB. The Hotel's wonderful bar will offer a variety of drinks available for purchase. Please arrive 15 min early to check in and settle in. The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment.

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
