In this highly interactive and hands-on class, your chef instructor will enrich you with tips and tricks of making delicious sushi rolls, from preparing the perfect sushi rice, cutting the fresh ingredients properly, and the art of rolling. This casual and easy to follow class will surely engage all your senses!  All participants will make three variations - California Rolls, Vegetable Futomaki, and Spicy Tuna Hand Rolls.

Guest requirement

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. Guests will work in groups throughout the class, sharing equipment and ingredients. Booking parties will sit together. Outside drinks are not allowed.  Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. 21+ only.

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

Chef and Carmen were wonderful! Very thorough and everything was set up perfectly. Chef was great at explaining everything and why things were done a certain way. The sushi was delicious!

The class was very fun and the sushi was delicious. Chef Hideki was a great teacher as he first showed us how to make the sushi and then he had us try our hand at it. He also came around and gave help to anyone who needed it. The portions were generous...in fact we could not eat all of the sushi we made. We were too full. I would take another class with Chef Hideki.

This was a great class; informative, fun, low-stress, and plenty to eat. I would definitely recommend this as an Intro to Sushi for anyone who's interested. Chef Hideki is a sincere instructor who was very thoughtful and helpful when responding to questions.
