Don’t let the sushi chef have all the fun!
Join us for a lively, hands-on cooking class where you’ll learn how to spread, layer, tuck, and roll your way to sushi perfection. Your chef instructor will guide you through the essentials of sushi-making, including how to prepare perfectly seasoned sushi rice, choose sushi-grade fish, and combine fresh ingredients to create balanced, flavorful rolls.
During the class, you’ll make three classic sushi rolls: a Spicy Tuna Roll, a California Roll, and a colorful Veggie Roll. You’ll also learn how to prepare two delicious sauces- Spicy Sriracha and Unagi Ponzu- to elevate your sushi creations.
By the end of the class, you’ll have the confidence and skills to recreate these sushi favorites at home.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, but will be available for sale at the venue. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+

Renowned as the Head Chef who developed the flagship sauces for Boneyard Wings, US she unites creativity with technical expertise. With a strong background in menu development and fine dining, her hands-on classes are designed to be elegant, approachable, and inspiring for cooks of every level.
