Join us for a fun, interactive cooking class with Chef Brittany, where you’ll learn how to create fresh fettuccine pasta by hand and pair it with two comforting Italian sauces. From mixing and kneading fresh pasta dough to rolling and cutting delicate fettuccine noodles, this class is a delicious introduction to traditional Italian cooking techniques. Under Chef Brittany’s expert guidance, you’ll prepare both a rich and creamy Alfredo sauce and a nutty brown butter sage sauce, learning how simple ingredients come together to create restaurant-worthy dishes. What You’ll Make:

Our classes are designed to be casual, approachable, and fun for everyone—whether you’re a pasta enthusiast or a first-timer trying something new. Your workstation will be fully prepped, making this an easy and enjoyable experience for any occasion.

You will be seated with your booking party. Guests in the same booking will work together by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and ARE NOT included in the ticket price. Outside beverages are not permitted. 21+
Chef Brittany is a talented culinary professional with a deep commitment to food and nutrition. A proud graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, she holds a degree in Food and Nutritional Science. Her experience as a nutrition educator with the North Carolina Cooperative Extension Service and as a high school culinary teacher has empowered her to inspire individuals from all walks of life. Driven by her passion for service, she strives to uplift and transform lives beyond the walls of her classroom!
The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Groups of 2 may be asked to share their station with another couple. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in so that class can begin on time.
