Join Chef Alyssa for a warm, hands-on baking class where you’ll learn to make beautiful, bakery-style cream puffs and éclairs completely from scratch. Designed for beginners and baking enthusiasts alike, this class introduces you to the fundamentals of classic French choux pastry in an approachable, confidence-building way. With Chef Alyssa’s step-by-step guidance, you’ll mix, pipe, bake, and fill light, airy pastries while learning techniques you can recreate at home.
What You’ll Make:
You’ll work through the full choux pastry process, starting with preparing classic pâte à choux and piping uniform shells. You’ll bake your pastries until perfectly puffed and hollow, then fill them with a smooth vanilla cream. During class, you’ll make both cream puffs and éclairs, gaining hands-on experience with shaping, baking, and filling techniques that form the foundation of many beloved French desserts.
Whether you’re planning a fun outing with friends, a creative date night, or simply want to expand your baking skills, this class offers a relaxed and rewarding way to explore French pastry. All tools and ingredients are provided!

Our classes are casual, approachable, and designed to be fun for everyone—whether you love being involved in every step or prefer to observe, assist, and taste along the way. Your workstation will be fully prepped so you can focus on learning, baking, and enjoying the experience.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.
You will be seated with your booking party and may work with other students in groups of 2–5 by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks will be available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside beverages are not permitted.
Chef Alyssa is passionate about all things baking and pastry. Her love of technique led her to earn a degree in baking and build a career spanning a wide range of bakeries, while always making time to bake for the people she loves. She especially enjoys the precision and craft behind breads and desserts and finds joy in sharing tips, techniques, and practical knowledge with fellow baking enthusiasts.
The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed.
