Authentic Handmade Pasta

Description

Join us for an immersive cooking experience as we explore the rich, comforting flavors of Italian cuisine. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the art of crafting fresh, wide-cut pappardelle pasta completely from scratch. Our expert chef will guide you step-by-step through mixing, kneading, and rolling the dough to achieve the perfect texture, then show you how to cut and cook your pasta to beautiful al dente perfection.

While your pasta dough rests, you’ll turn your attention to creating a luxurious Alfredo sauce. Using butter, cream, garlic, and Parmesan, you’ll learn how to build a smooth, velvety sauce and understand the balance of richness and flavor that makes this classic dish so irresistible. Once complete, you’ll combine your freshly made pappardelle with your homemade Alfredo for a restaurant-quality dish you can recreate at home.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual, social, and designed to be both fun and informative. Whether you’re eager to be hands-on every step of the way or prefer to observe, assist, and taste along the journey, this class is perfect for all skill levels.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and check-in, especially if you’re part of a large group. Guests will work in groups throughout the class, sharing equipment and ingredients.
