Join us for a fun and delicious intro to pasta making class, featuring a fan favorite Alfredo sauce.

In this hands-on class, you will learn how easy and fun it is to make and roll fresh Fettuccine pasta from scratch.  First you will make the pasta dough, then knead and roll it out using a pasta machine to achieve the quintessential Fettuccine noodle shape.  Your Chef Instructor will demo how to make the Alfredo sauce from scratch, giving you tips and tricks for making it on your own at home.  Once the sauce is ready we will cook our pasta and sit down and enjoy eating a delicious plate made completely from scratch.  So come on out, have fun, and learn the art of pasta making!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don't already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who's happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class.   Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 18+. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, however guests 21+ are invited to BYOB (beer, wine, and champagne only).

Please note that late arrivals will not be admitted and the venue doors will automatically lock 15 minutes after the start time of class and chef will not be able to open doors as they are already in progress. Chef Anicia is a private chef who specializes in allergens and herbalism. With experience as a catering chef, restaurant chef, and working in hospitals, she has developed the ability to make quick decisions and is highly skilled in accommodating dietary restrictions. Her diverse background ensures that she’s not afraid of a challenge in the kitchen. After attending one of her classes, participants will leave with a clear understanding of the ingredients in their food and learn how to improvise when needed or cater to picky eaters.

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

Chef Anicia was wonderful! She encouraged all of us (even with a sizeable number of us in the class) and was able to offer help all along our pasta making journey. Her instructions were clear and easy to understand, she gave us all the information we needed, and we made DELICIOUS pasta from scratch!! And then ate it! It was such a fun time!

We had a great time at the pasta cooking class. The chef was a great instructor. We waited a while to press our dough because there was a limited amount of pasta machines, but that gave us time to mix and mingle with the other couple. I’d recommend this class to friends.
