There’s nothing quite as satisfying as fresh pasta made completely from scratch.
Transport yourself to Italy for the evening as you learn the art of handmade fettuccini in this interactive, chef-led class. Guided step by step by your Chef Instructor, you’ll mix and knead fresh pasta dough, roll it out, and shape it into beautiful, ribbon-style fettuccini worthy of any trattoria.
While your pasta rests, your Chef Instructor will demonstrate how to prepare a rich, classic Alfredo sauce—complete with a little audience participation along the way. You’ll then cook your pasta to perfect al dente, toss it with the silky sauce, and sit down to enjoy the delicious meal you created in a lively, social setting.
