Join us for an engaging, hands-on pasta-making class where you’ll learn how to create fresh pasta dough from scratch and transform it into elegant, restaurant-quality ravioli. Chef J will guide you step-by-step through mixing, kneading, rolling, and shaping pasta dough, with a strong focus on technique, filling, and professional finishing methods.
Throughout the class, you’ll also learn how a rich, creamy vodka sauce comes together and how to properly pair and finish ravioli for maximum flavor and presentation. The class emphasizes fresh pasta fundamentals, sauce balance, and the techniques chefs use to elevate simple ingredients into refined dishes.

Our classes are casual, welcoming, and beginner-friendly—perfect for hands-on participants and those who prefer to observe or taste along the way. Your workstation will be fully prepped with equipment and ingredients so you can focus on enjoying the experience.

You’ll be seated with your booking party and may work with other students in groups of 2–5 while sharing equipment and ingredients. Drinks and additional food are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside items are not allowed.

The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Groups of 2 may be asked to share their station with another couple. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in so that class can begin on time.
