Join us for a deliciously healthy cooking class, where you will learn to master the classic Nicoise Salad with baked Salmon.
Chef Michele will teach you step-by-step how to perfectly boil your eggs, bake salmon, and make a vinaigrette from scratch all before beautifully plating your Nicoise Salad platter together. Who doesn't love a beautiful summer salad with fresh ingredients?! This is sure to be a recipe you'll want to make again and again.
Invite your friends and family to join you for class so you can connect virtually and enjoy a fun evening or afternoon of crafting a beautiful meal from scratch, together. No experience is required! You'll have the opportunity to interact with Chef Michele throughout the class and ask questions as you wish.
You will receive an email with the equipment and ingredients list. However, the main ingredients required to participate along with the chef in your own kitchen include: olive oil, dijon mustard, lemon, salt, pepper, salmon fillet, Yukon potatoes, string beans, tomatoes, eggs, and your choice of fresh greens.
Prepare your mis-en-place ahead of the session (by measuring out your ingredients), grab that glass of wine, and let’s get cooking!
Chef Michele is a certified Culinarian and certified Wine and Spirits expert, having extensive experience as a Pastry Chef and Prep Chef. She received her Certified Culinarian and Prochef Certification from the Culinary Institute of America. Additionally, Chef Michele is a Wine Steward and Sommelier, receiving her Certified Wine and Spirits Expert Level 3 from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET). In addition to these accolades, Chef Michele is a successful business owner and operator, having experience with several internet sales and services businesses. Chef Michele enjoys elegant entertaining, fishing, Cape Cod beach life and creating new and exciting culinary treats! She also thrives on sharing her culinary and wine knowledge with all!
