Skip the takeout and bring the bold flavors of Thailand into your own kitchen!

In this lively, hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to create the iconic drunken noodles—a crave-worthy dish known for its wide rice noodles, savory sauce, and punchy aromatics. We’ll kick things off by breaking down the essential ingredients and techniques that give this dish its signature depth of flavor.

You’ll work with fresh garlic, chilies, and herbs while learning how to properly handle and cook rice noodles for the perfect texture. Then, it’s all about the stir-fry—mastering high-heat cooking, layering flavors, and timing your ingredients to achieve that irresistible balance of smoky, spicy, and slightly sweet.

In this class, you’ll prepare chicken drunken noodles, combining tender, flavorful chicken with fresh vegetables and perfectly cooked noodles. Along the way, you’ll pick up practical tips and techniques you can easily recreate at home—no wok experience required.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Classes are intended for adults 18+. Outside drinks are not permitted. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price; however, guests 21+ may purchase beverages from the lobby bar within the venue.
