Two of Italy’s most beloved creations come together in one delicious cooking experience!
In this fun and hands on class, you’ll learn how to make two classic Italian favorites: creamy tiramisu and homemade pizza.
We’ll start with the tiramisu, layering espresso soaked ladyfingers with a rich and creamy mascarpone filling. Don’t worry, we won’t be making the ladyfingers from scratch! You’ll learn how to assemble this classic dessert from start to finish before setting it aside to chill while we turn our attention to pizza.
Next, Chef Chel will guide you through preparing and working with homemade pizza dough, from stretching and shaping to adding your favorite toppings. You’ll get to build your own pizza and customize it with classic toppings or your own creative combinations before it heads into the oven.
While the pizzas bake, you’ll pick up tips and techniques you can easily recreate at home, from working with pizza dough to building a balanced tiramisu and bringing out the best in simple Italian ingredients.
Once everything is ready, we’ll sit down and enjoy our freshly made pizza and tiramisu together!
No cooking experience is necessary. Just bring your appetite and a love of great food! We provide all of the equipment and ingredients, and our classes are casual, social, and designed to be fun and approachable rather than overly technical. Whether you love being involved in every step or prefer to observe, lend a hand, and taste test along the way, there’s something for everyone.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.
Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class, sharing ingredients and equipment. Each pair will make one large pizza to share, typically around 16 inches.
Drinks are not included in the ticket price, but will be available for purchase at the venue. Outside drinks are not permitted.
21+ only, please.
