Join Chef Maria, in her Manhattan kitchen, while she teaches you step-by-step how to make the perfect pasta dough and then transform it into beautiful Fettuccine or Tagliatelle noodles. No pasta machine necessary! You will pair your handcut pasta with a delicious and creamy Alfredo sauce, also made from scratch during class. While your pasta dough is resting you will make a beautiful seasonal side to add some color to your plate, Tuscan Style Roasted Asparagus. All that's missing is a glass of wine!
Break out your rolling pins and get ready for an arm workout, by way of rolling pasta dough! Invite your friends and family to join you for class so you can connect virtually and enjoy a fun evening of crafting a beautiful Italian meal together from scratch.
No experience is required! You'll have the opportunity to interact with Chef Maria throughout the class and ask questions as you wish. You will receive an email with the equipment and ingredients list. However, the main ingredients required to participate along with the chef in your own kitchen include: flour, salt, pepper, eggs, unsalted butter, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, nutmeg, and lemon.
Prepare your mis-en-place ahead of the session (according to the ingredients & equipment sheet provided), grab that glass of wine, and let’s get cooking!
