Pizza is everyone's comfort food that never gets boring. Once you learn how to master the art of creating a perfect pizza dough, you have a perfect canvas to top with whichever toppings your heart desires. Your pizza-making cooking class starts with the most important part: making the dough. After learning the art of dough-making and kneading, next up is a lesson in rolling out the pizza dough and creating a vast variety of pizzas complete with different delicious toppings, using only the freshest and best ingredients. Once your pizzas have been assembled, chef Michael will show you how to bake your pizza just as you would in your own kitchen, so you can recreate these delicious creations in your own kitchen at home. Forget about frozen precooked pizza and focaccia! After your Pizza & Focaccia-making cooking class, you’ll never want ready-made stuff again!



No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the baking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). You will work with other students in groups of 2. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group.

Chef Michael has been described as a "designer" Pastry Chef, with his experience encompassing wholesale, retail, fine dining restaurants, hotels, off-premise catering and country clubs. Chef Michael has studied in France and holds a certification in Baking Science and Technology from the American Institute of Baking. Chef Michael's approach to food taste philosophy is that the palate should be like a symphony, with no one taste being dominant, more of a wave of tastes, textures and temperature juxtaposed against each other whilst also working in harmony.

Outside drinks are not allowed, however our hosting venue, The Boardroom will have lovely drinks available for purchase to perfectly complement your delicious pizza party!
Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
