In this class you will learn how easy it is, and fun to prepare gnocchi from scratch. You will knead, form, and cook the gnocchi. Then two sauces will complement the gnocchi, a hearty chicken sausage ragu sauce, and a pesto cream sauce. So come on out, have fun, learn how to make gnocchi like a chef!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). This class is BYOB!
Chef Brian started his culinary journey working in pizzerias early in life in Queens, New York. With a love for pizza and passion for cooking, he attended the New York Food and Hotel Management School in N.Y.C. After graduating, he was offered the opportunity to spearhead the start-up of a gourmet pizzeria in N.Y.C. Chef Brian has worked in hotels, restaurants, corporate dining, and taught hands-on cooking in adult community education. Chef Brian is currently the chef for a renowned upscale deli and caterer on Long Island N.Y where he lives; He is married, has two children, and of course makes pizza regularly!
