Chicken Fingers and Cauliflower "wings" are great for game day. They're the quintessential bar food. Since watching the game at the bar isn't exactly what it used to be, we figured we'd create a cooking class to teach you the basis of frying up some bar food favorites for whenever those cravings come on strong.
Join Chef Jason in his Manhattan kitchen as he teaches you how to make breaded chicken fingers and cauliflower bites along with two cheesy sauces for dipping. You will learn the art of shallow pan frying as well as ingredient preparation so that everything cooks uniformly.
Connect virtually and enjoy a fun time creating some of your favorite fried foods from scratch. No experience is required! You'll have the opportunity to interact with Chef Jason throughout the class.
You will receive an email with the equipment and ingredients list. However, the main ingredients required to participate along with the chef in your own kitchen include: chicken breast, cauliflower, breadcrumbs, canola oil, eggs, all-purpose flour, unsalted butter, heavy cream, and your choice of cheese.
Measure out your ingredients ahead of the session, grab a nice cold beer, and let’s get cooking!
