The Art of Handmade Pasta

Description

There's nothing so delicious as fresh pasta, made from scratch.

Escape to Italy for an evening to master the the art of making pasta.  Follow the steps demonstrated by your Chef Instructor to make beautiful Fettuccine pasta.  Guests will learn to make dough from scratch, as well as rolling it out and shaping it to create their picture perfect pasta.  Your chef instructor will demonstrate how to make a creamy Alfredo sauce, with the help of some audience participation.  Serve the sauce over your al dente cooked pasta and enjoy a delicious meal in a fun atmosphere.  The best part is digging into your delicious pasta surrounded by your fellow classmates and newfound foodie friends.

No experience is required! All equipment and ingredients will be provided.  Our events are casual and meant to be fun, relaxing and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.  You will be seated with your booking group.  Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. 21+ please.

Where the class will be
Hasta La Pasta
1450 Grand Pkwy e, Katy, TX 77494
In 1999, Jeff and Alan Smith added Hasta la Pasta Italian Grill to their restaurant family. At that time, there was one location in Humble. In the next few years, the brothers built a location in Katy, where Jeff lives, and one in Champions, close to Alan's home, so that both would have delicious Italian American food close by! In the 15 or so years since each location has changed a bit to reflect the tastes of the neighborhood — but, like the brothers, remain devoted to quality food, character, and community.
