Pasta From Scratch: Tagliatelle & Pomodoro

Description

There's nothing so delicious as fresh pasta, made from scratch.

Escape to Italy for an evening to master the the art of making pasta.  Follow the steps demonstrated by your Chef Instructor to make beautiful Tagliatelle pasta. Guests will learn to make dough from scratch, as well as rolling it out and shaping it to create their picture perfect pasta.  Your chef instructor will demonstrate how to make the classic Pomodoro sauce we all love, with the help of some audience participation.  Serve the sauce over your al dente cooked pasta and enjoy a delicious meal in a fun atmosphere.  The best part is digging into your delicious pasta surrounded by your fellow classmates and newfound foodie friends.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in, especially if you’re attending as part of a large group. Drinks are available for purchase at the venue bar - outside beverages are not permitted. Classes are for adults 21+.
