Kids Summer Camp: Handmade Pretzels

Description

Join us for a fun and hands-on cooking class centered all around soft baked pretzels.

Our Chef Instructor will teach you the tips and drinks to making your pretzel dough from scratch and shaping it into its classic shape. Students are encouraged to add their favorite spices and flavors to make the pretzels to their liking. Chef Jason will also demonstrate how to make flavored cream cheese dips to enjoy with the pretzels. There may even be some singing along the way!

Invite friends and family to join you for class so you can all connect virtually and enjoy a fun event creating delicious pretzels together from scratch. No experience is required! You'll have the opportunity to interact with Chef Jason throughout the class and ask questions as you go.

You will receive an email with the equipment and ingredients list. However, the main ingredients required to participate along with the chef in your own kitchen include: all purpose flour, salt, sugar, instant yeast, water, vegetable oil, egg, and cream cheese.

Measure out and prepare your ingredients ahead of the session, grab your apron, and let’s get cooking! CocuSocial Kids Summer Camp classes are ideal for kids 6 years and older. Younger kids are welcome to join, but we recommend having a parent or guardian participating in the class along with them. Safety first!

Tickets are on a per-person basis. The class times are in Eastern Time!
