Tagliatelle with Vodka Sauce: From Scratch

Description

Love Italian food but can’t hop on a plane every time the craving strikes?

Let us bring Italy to you. Join us for a lively, hands-on pasta-making experience where you’ll learn to craft fresh, silky tagliatelle completely from scratch- using simple ingredients you likely already have at home.

With Chef Marven as your guide, you’ll dive into the traditions of Emilia-Romagna, the birthplace of tagliatelle, and master the techniques behind this iconic pasta. Then, you’ll pair your handmade noodles with a rich, velvety vodka sauce- a beloved New York classic with roots in the vibrant dining scene of the 1980s.

Roll, cut, stir, and savor your way through the evening, then sit down to enjoy your creation alongside fellow food lovers. You’ll leave with new skills, insider tips, and everything you need to recreate this indulgent, restaurant-worthy dish at home.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, most of which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Parking is available on site. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, but will be available for sale at the venue. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.
