In this class, we will get back to the roots of Italian cuisine by creating delicious pappardelle pasta and accompany it with a creamy classic Vodka Sauce made from scratch. All ingredients are easily available at local grocery stores or even in your own home right now so impressing your friends and family with your incredible pasta making skills has never been easier!
No experience needed! All ingredients and cooking equipment is provided for you so all that’s needed is a passion for food and a willingness to learn something new.

Chef Cregg has been featured in various Food Network competitions and along with commercial and television clients, he has also done extensive work in print and packaging for publications and companies he has been the principal food stylist for over 20+ cooks books in addition to working at Michelin star restaurants and 4 star hotels and bouquet catering companies in San Francisco.
