Join us as we master the art of fresh pasta! Together, you’ll make pici pasta, a rustic, hand-rolled pasta from Tuscany known for its deliciously chewy texture. You’ll then pair your freshly made pasta with a classic cacio e pepe sauce—a simple yet indulgent combination of Pecorino Romano and freshly cracked black pepper.
Whether you’re planning a romantic date, a fun night out with a friend, or simply want to learn the secrets of homemade pasta, this class is all about good food, great company, and a little taste of Italy.
Along the way, your chef instructor will share tips for selecting quality ingredients and mastering simple techniques that will elevate your home cooking. Once your pasta is ready, you'll plate, garnish, and enjoy your handmade creation alongside fellow food lovers in a relaxed, social atmosphere.
No experience necessary- just come hungry!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you do not already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who is happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Outside drinks are not allowed. Our venue partner will have a beverage available to purchase from the hotel bar.
