In this class Chef Cole will teach you to make a handmade ricotta filled ravioli with a delicious pesto sauce the whole family will love!

Our expert Chef Instructor will teach you to make pasta dough by hand from scratch. You will learn how to crack an egg in a well of flour and mix it all together to create your pasta dough base. Using a rolling pin, you will roll out your dough, knead, cut and shape your pasta before stuffing with your delicious filling! You will also learn to make a simple and flavorful marinara sauce with fresh basil and garlic to accompany your freshly made ravioli.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Chef Cole has been cooking for 20 years professionally and personally with styles reflecting many of the places he has lived and positions he has held in kitchens over the years. Cuban and Caribbean influences from growing up and cooking in Miami, BBQ and Italian cuisine in Richmond VA, gastro fare, pizza and mid western food in Chicago and more recently Asian, sushi and vegan fare here in Los Angeles.

Feel free to BYOB! The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment.
Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
