Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and learn how to create your own fresh sushi rolls like a pro? You are in for a special treat!

In this highly interactive and hands-on class a professional Sushi Chef will let you in on tips and tricks of making delicious sushi rolls, from preparing the perfect sushi rice, cutting the fresh ingredients properly, and the art of rolling. This casual and easy to follow class will surely engage all your senses! All participants will make three variations of a Salmon, California Roll and a Chef's Surprise Roll. You are invited to let your creativity flow and try rolling with seaweed both inside and out and mix and match different ingredients to develop your own unique edition.

All you need to bring to this class is your curiosity and appetite! You can be confident this class will be an absolute delight whether the occasion is for a family activity, team building event, or surprising your partner on a romantic date night. BYOB beer or wine is welcome-our venue partner has a $5 corkage fee that can be paid directly to the venue on the day of the class as well as offering beverage for sale on site. Chef Edgar is a seasoned professional sushi chef. After obtaining a culinary certification from CSA California Sushi Academy in Los Angeles in 2009, he has worked in several high end sushi restaurants in the LA area for over a decade.

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
