The Art of French Pastry

Description

Be transported to the whimsical patisseries of Paris as you learn how to create Choux Pastry.

In this memorable, hands-on class, you will learn the art of French Choux pastry. Choux has the reputation for being difficult, but it’s surprisingly simple! Our Pastry Chef Instructor will take you through a detailed demonstration, before you will be guided step-by-step in replicating how to make the perfect choux dough, piping, baking and filling to create Eclairs and Cream Puffs!

Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who is happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).  BYOB Beer, Wine or Champagne is welcome-our venue partner has a $5 corkage fee that can be paid directly to the venue on the day of the class as well as offering beverage for sale on site.

To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes.  Classes are intended for adults 18+.
