In this fun class, you will learn how to make gnocchi and two fresh sauces from start to finish. First, we will learn about the history of Gnocchi making, exploring its culture and variations. Then, we will get our hands on fresh potatoes to make our dough. Once we have learned to create our shapes and form our dumplings, we will work on our sauces. In this lesson, you will learn how to create Potato Gnocchi with Brown Butter and Parmesan and a Gnocchi alla Romana with Blistered Tomato and Braised Greens. These flavors are sure to transport you straight to the hills of Northern Italy. Let's discover the mystery behind these fluffy treats and create a dish that can be easily done at home!

All ingredients are easily available at local grocery stores or even in your own home right now so impressing your friends and family with your incredible pasta making skills has never been easier!

No experience needed! All ingredients and cooking equipment is provided for you so all that’s needed is a passion for food and a willingness to learn something new. From the budding chef who wants to expand on their culinary prowess to the person who has never picked up a spatula, this class caters to all and welcomes all levels of learning!

To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 18+.

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
