Light, airy, and irresistibly indulgent- few things compare to classic French choux pastry. In this hands-on class, Chef Denise will guide you through the art of creating these elegant treats from scratch.

You’ll learn how to master pâte à choux dough, the foundation for some of France’s most beloved desserts. Then, you’ll transform your dough into delicate cream puffs and perfectly shaped éclairs.

To finish, you’ll prepare a rich pastry cream and silky chocolate ganache, filling and topping your creations to perfection.

Whether you’re looking to impress guests or simply satisfy a sweet craving, this class will give you the skills and confidence to recreate these timeless pastries at home.


No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the baking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.
Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 18+. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, however guests 21+ are invited to BYOB (beer, wine, and champagne only).

Her experience spans high-end hospitality, private luxury events, and several years running her own successful pastry catering business. Denise is especially passionate about making pastry feel approachable and fun, sharing practical techniques and insider tips that help students build confidence in the kitchen while enjoying the process along the way.

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
