A Taste of Thailand: Summer Rolls, Coconut Curry & Mango Tapioca Pudding

Description

In this fun and hands-on class, get ready to take to the Streets of Bangkok by learning to cook three authentic Thai Food favorites: Vegetable Summer Rolls with a mint dipping sauce, Red Curry Coconut Chicken served with Ginger and Lemongrass Jasmine Rice, and a Thai Mango Tapioca Pudding for dessert.

Join Chef Gill as he walks you through this Authentic Thai cooking class. Learn the ingredients behind these beloved Thai flavors and improve your knife skills along the way. The best part is sitting down to eat the delicious three course meal that you made completely from scratch.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive on time. Guests are invited to BYOB wine, beer, or champagne. Though we highly recommend a refreshing white wine! Please note that class will be hosted in Chef Gill's home with ample space for guests to spread out and work with others in their booking party.
