Classic Handmade Pasta

There’s nothing so delicious as fresh pasta, and creating it yourself. Immerse yourself in the nostalgia that comes from making a delicious plate of pasta completely from scratch.

Learn how to make the perfect pasta dough and then transform it, using a pasta roller and a knife, into beautiful Pappardelle noodles.

Everyone will participate in making a large batch of Lemony Alfredo sauce scratch. Guests will sit down to enjoy a delicious plate of pasta by the end of class. It doesn't get much better than that!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Some equipment will be shared with other guests in the class. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.

The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.
Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

We enjoyed the pasta making class a lot! Vinny was a very good teacher. He gave us tips and encouragement as needed. That made it successful and fun. We made two kinds of pasta and both were delicious. We would do more classes with him in the future.

This was my first ever cooking class. I was Doing it solo so I was a bit nervous. Vinny was very kind! He explained everything thoroughly and very helpful if someone was in need of assistance. I appreciated also hearing about his background and things he was looking forward to doing later. Let’s do Indian and Mediterranean cooking classes please!
